Avataric's outcome-based model means you pay for measurable results, such as qualified leads generated, support cases resolved, or training sessions completed, so your costs are directly tied to the value you receive.
Yes. The Free plan gives you everything you need to build and deploy your first Live AI Agent, including the full agent and voice library, custom persona and knowledge setup, and 50 conversation minutes per month. No credit card required.
Custom actions are integrations that allow your AI agent to take real steps within your business systems, such as booking a meeting, updating a CRM record, creating a support ticket, or triggering a workflow. The Business plan includes up to 5 per agent. The Enterprise plan has no limits.
On the Business and Enterprise plans you can connect Avataric to your own large language model or AI infrastructure, whether that is a fine-tuned private model, an Azure OpenAI deployment, or another provider. This gives you full control over the AI powering your agents.
On the Business plan, conversation minutes are unlimited and you're billed only for completed business outcomes: $3.90 for each qualified lead captured, $14.90 for each demo or meeting booked, $3.90 for each support case resolved or advanced (eg. internal Tier 2 support), and $2.90 for each training or onboarding session delivered.
Enterprise pricing is fully custom and based on your organization's needs, including the number of agents, conversation volume, integrations required, and support level. Get in touch and we will build a plan that fits your business and budget.
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Business at any time, and contact the team to discuss an Enterprise arrangement whenever your needs grow. Your agents, data, and configuration carry over seamlessly.
